Overview

Kaziranga National Park is a renowned wildlife sanctuary located in the northeastern state of Assam, India. It is one of the most famous and important protected areas in the country, known primarily for its conservation efforts for the Indian one-horned rhinoceros. Kaziranga National Park is situated in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of Assam in northeastern India. It covers an area of approximately 430 square kilometers. It was established as a wildlife sanctuary in 1905 and later declared a national park in 1974. In 1985, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, but its most famous resident is the Indian one-horned rhinoceros. Kaziranga is believed to have the highest population of one-horned rhinoceros in the world. Other notable species include Bengal tigers, Indian elephants, wild water buffalo, swamp deer, and various species of birds. Kaziranga is a paradise for birdwatchers, with over 450 species of birds, including migratory birds, making it their home. The park is especially famous for its large population of the Indian subcontinent's largest bird of prey, the great Indian hornbill.

Day 01:- Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park (250 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs Drive)

Arrive at Guwahati Airport, on arrival our representative will meet you at the airport with holding a pla card of your name and he will do welcome you at the airport with introduce to the drive, he will handover you the tour program itinerary with hotel voucher and proceed for the Kaziranga National Park. Kaziranga National Park is situated in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of Assam in northeastern India. It covers an area of approximately 430 square kilometers. Day 02:- Kaziranga National Park – Elephant Safari

The park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, but its most famous resident is the Indian one-horned rhinoceros. Kaziranga is believed to have the highest population of one-horned rhinoceros in the world. Other notable species include Bengal tigers, Indian elephants, wild water buffalo, swamp deer, and various species of birds. After Elephant safari come back to hotel, enjoy with you delicious meal and relax at the hotel, evening will free or you can do the leisure activites at the hotel or explore the nature beauty. Day 03:- Kaziranga National Park – Jeep Safari

Early Morning ready for the Jeep Safari in the Eastern Range of the park, Kaziranga is a paradise for birdwatchers, with over 450 species of birds, including migratory birds, making it their home. The park is especially famous for its large population of the Indian subcontinent's largest bird of prey, the great Indian hornbill. The park's landscape consists of tall elephant grass, marshland, and dense tropical broadleaf forests. It is crisscrossed by several rivers, including the Brahmaputra River, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the park's ecosystem. Later come back to hotel, after freshen up enjoy with your delicious meal. Evening will free for the leisure activites at the hotel or explore the nature beauty near by the hotel. Day 04:- Kaziranga National Park Jeep Safari to Burapahar Range

Morning after breakfast proceed to Guwahati, on arrival our representative will assist you to transfer to the airport for your flight to onward journey with unforgettable memories and lots of pictures.
